CHU70 Program
Transportation
We are sorry, the Marguerite shuttle service does not run at weekends. If you are renting a car and are staying in hotels where there are others coming to Chu70, such as the SLAC Guesthouse, we recommend you carpool. Uber or Lyft are very active in the area and are an excellent way to get around.
If you are either staying in a hotel near or catching Caltrain to downtown Palo Alto, you may want to consider walking. It is a lovely 25-minute stroll up Palm Drive to the Sapp Center.
Parking
At weekends, parking is available in at no charge in spots marked 'A' and 'C' in the Roth Garage (search Roth Way Garage in the Stanford Searchable Map at the corner of Campus Drive and Roth Way, on Roth Way and Museum Way either side of Palm Drive, and around the Oval.
Dress code
It is casual - we want you to be comfortable. You will probably want a jacket or sweater as our evenings get chilly.
