Undergraduate Contacts
Physics Undergraduate Spring/Summer Research 2021
The Research Program has weekly Faculty Research Presentations and/or Professional Development Workshops. These events will be held remotely (via Zoom) and are tentatively scheduled to take place Tuesdays at 9:00 AM PDT unless otherwise noted. During weeks where there is a Faculty Research Presentation, it will start at 9:00 AM with the Professional Development Workshop, if scheduled, following immediately afterwards (around 10:15am). If there is no Faculty Research Presentation, the Professional Development Workshop will begin at 9:00 AM PDT. All programs, unless otherwise noted, will conclude by 10:20am. All Research participants are required to attend and participate in these presentations and workshops. If you are in a time zone where 9:00 AM meetings are in the middle of the local night making it difficult to attend, please email Chaya Nanavati (nanavati@stanford.edu) and Ben Feldman (bef@stanford.edu).

- Orientation on Tuesday, June 22, 9:00 - 10:20am PDT. Please complete a one-time registration for this and future zoom meetings here.
- We will hold mid-summer check-in meetings during week 5. Sign up and Mid Quarter Reflections survey links to be added later in the summer.
- Due to COVID-19, students will give a brief (~10 minute) presentation about their research at the end of the program (rather than presenting a poster at an in-person event). Presentations will be held on Thursday or Friday of week 10 of the program.
SCHEDULE FOR SUMMER 2021 - Details such as titles of talks will be added, but event timing is fixed.
