Carl Fest is Finally Here!
Dear friends and colleagues of Carl,
We are thrilled to welcome you to Carl Fest! Below are some final details and reminders to share.
Dress Code:
Casual attire is encouraged! Feel free to wear your hiking gear throughout the day or bring a change of clothes for the evening dinner.
Getting Around:
- There are free Stanford shuttle buses (The Marguerite) available around campus. The SLAC line stops across from the Stanford Guest House for folks staying there. For schedules, please check: Stanford Shuttle Schedules
- Rideshare options (Uber, Lyft) are convenient and relatively affordable. Carpooling is encouraged!
Morning Hike:
Join us for a morning hike! You can meet at the Dish (by walking, Uber, etc.) or come to Persis Drell’s house at 9:30 AM to drop off your belongings and walk over together. (Please refer to your email for her address.)
