The annual Robert Hofstadter Memorial Lecture will be given by Prof. Larry Abbott, Prof. of Theoretical Neuroscience at Columbia University. Prof. Abbott uses mathematical modeling to study the neural networks responsible for our actions and behaviors. His talk is entitled, "Remembering the Future, Predicting the Past."
