These are designed to be a set of introductory talks to introduce students/postdocs (and faculty) who want to become familiar with the moiré quantum matter phenomenology, both early and more recent results. They are focused on a condensed matter/materials science audience, though there will be some general perspective in the first lecture, whose first half will be more colloquium style. The second lecture will be a bit more technical. The third lecture will become again a bit broader.
